Friends of Portola (or “FOP”) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization supporting the entire student body and staff of Portola Charter Middle School, including:
- School for Advanced Studies
- Highly Gifted Magnet
- Academy of Integrated Arts and Technology
We are a collaboration of parents, staff, and community members united by one goal: helping every Portola student thrive.
What We Do
Friends of Portola funds and supports essential programs no longer covered by the district including:
- library & technology support
- field trips & enrichment programs
- classroom supplies & staff appreciation
- music, robotics, arts, and STEM opportunities
